We are registered with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (NAP19675) and the trade body that certifies this registration is NAPIT. We are also members of both the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) and TrustMark who protect the interests of customers buying small scale (domestic) renewable energy systems.
We’re insured by QBE UK Limited (Registered No. 1761561) with one of their Renewable Energy Policy Schedules. It includes: £10,000,000 Employers Liability, £2,000,000 Public & Products Liability and £100,000 Professional Indemnity.

We’re part of TrustMark, the Government endorsed sign of consumer protection for home improvements, repairs, renewable energy installations and low energy retrofits. Their Customer Charter sets out your rights when receiving advice, installations, products or services carried out by us.

All installation works are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of completion and the manufacturer’s warranty (5, 10 or even 20 years depending on the brand and the product) come into effect after that – specific details will be given on request. Your statutory rights are not affected by our guarantee. A letter of engagement accompanied by our standard terms and conditions will be provided at the start of any contract for works.
Unless otherwise agreed, English law, with the English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matters arising from it. If you wish to complain you can do so by contacting Simon Robinson at our office address.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Ombudsmen Services Ltd for dispute resolution.
