Due to the Coronavirus situation and after the Prime Minister’s message yesterday evening, we have closed our office and our staff are working from home for at least the next three weeks. Whilst this precludes regular installations and site visits, we will be responding to emergency call such as boiler breakdowns where customers are left with no heating or hot water. In these situations we’ll wear personal protective equipment and we’d ask our clients to keep an appropriate distance away from us. In addition, it would be wise to use anti-bacterial cleaner on the surfaces we’ve been touching or, in the case of a plant room, not to go into the area for three days.
These are uncertain times but we’ll endeavour to do everything we can to help our clients whilst ensuring that the health and safety of all parties is maintained.
