In the course of one our latest biomass boiler installations, we had 40 metres of flow and return pipework to lay underground between the main house and the garage. We used a local digger hire company who’s skilled driver was able to tease his way through the pipework, wiring and drains we came across. He was a little reluctant to have his picture taken but was fascinated with the heavily insulated Rauvitherm pipe and we caught him in thoughtful mood whilst we prepared to route the stripped back pipes into the house. The pipe is now pressure tested, backfilled and ready for its role in satisfying the house with a constant supply of hot water.
